The Koreatown CAT-911 crisis response hotline – (888) 260-1169 – provides support with mental health crises, domestic violence, interpersonal conflicts, and other safety concerns. We can also assist with finding non-police services and monitoring police interactions. The hotline is open for calls from 8am to 10pm every day. You can leave a voicemail or send a text at any time, and we will respond within 24 hours. The hotline is run by trained volunteers with experience in de-escalation. We can respond in-person to crises in Koreatown and the surrounding neighborhoods, and support people in other locations over the phone.
